Job Responsibilities
- Support residents with personal care and daily living activities.
- Assist residents during meal times and ensure their nutritional needs are met.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Follow individual care plans to deliver person-centred care.
- Encourage residents to maintain independence where possible.
- Spend quality one-to-one time with residents.
- Work closely with nurses and the wider care team.
- Maintain accurate care records.
- Promote residents’ dignity, privacy, and wellbeing.
