Key Responsibilities
- Review and manage data reporting requests.
- Investigate reporting and data refresh issues.
- Analyse datasets and identify opportunities for data cleansing and standardisation.
- Monitor data trends and identify risks or opportunities.
- Support school staff in understanding reports and performance data.
- Assist with maintaining the Trust’s Snowflake database.
- Support automation of data collection and reporting.
- Improve reporting accuracy and data quality.
- Maintain documentation for data processes and systems.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple schools.
Essential Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Grade 4/C or above in Maths and English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Confidence explaining technical information to non-technical users.
Apprenticeship Training
Successful candidates will complete a Level 3 Data & Business Insights Apprenticeship, covering:
- Data sourcing and validation
- Data analysis and reporting
- Data formatting and presentation
- Business reporting
- Legal and ethical handling of business data
- Workplace learning and mentoring
There is also an opportunity to progress onto a Level 4 qualification after successful completion.
