About the Role
Young Epilepsy is seeking compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join the team at St Piers in Lingfield, Surrey.
You will support children and young adults aged 4–25 with epilepsy, autism, severe learning disabilities, and other additional needs. Your role will involve creating a safe and supportive residential environment while helping young people develop confidence, independence, and essential life skills.
No previous care experience is required as full training is provided.
