About the Role
As a Digital Performance Analyst, you will help improve DBT’s digital services by analysing user behaviour, measuring service performance, and delivering actionable insights. Working closely with product managers, developers, user researchers, and policy teams, you will support evidence-based decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.
The role requires strong analytical ability, excellent communication skills, and experience working with digital analytics platforms and data visualisation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop performance frameworks aligned with business objectives and user needs.
- Analyse digital service performance using Google Analytics and other data sources.
- Build dashboards and performance reports for stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve digital services through data analysis.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary product teams.
- Present analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Apply quality assurance processes to ensure accurate reporting.
- Maintain reliable performance metrics and dashboards.
Essential Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Strong SQL skills for extracting, manipulating, and analysing data.
- Experience with data analysis, data modelling, and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Amazon QuickSight.
- Experience creating KPIs and performance measurement frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Experience using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Knowledge of data quality assurance and validation techniques.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desirable Skills
- Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
- Knowledge of user-centred design.
- Experience working with developers using the dataLayer.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
