About the Role
The Event Executive will support the planning, coordination and delivery of external training programmes, conferences, workshops and professional development events.
The role covers events ranging from specialist workshops and short courses to major conferences and exhibitions involving 150+ delegates.

Main Responsibilities
Event Management
- Coordinate multiple events simultaneously.
- Support events agreed at short notice.
- Liaise with high-profile international speakers and delegates.
- Coordinate speaker requirements.

- Support health and safety requirements.
- Prepare project plans.
- Monitor event progress.
- Support registration and delegate management.
