About the Graduate Credit Analyst Programme

The programme lasts two years and consists of three eight-month rotations.

Graduates will gain experience across modern credit and lending operations while working with teams including Credit, Product, Engineering, Machine Learning, Finance and Risk.

Credit Strategy

• Analyse lending decisions and strategies
• Use data to answer credit-related questions
• Support responsible access to credit
• Use experimentation to improve lending decisions

Machine Learning

• Develop and improve lending models
• Apply machine-learning techniques
• Use statistical methods
• Analyse data to improve customer outcomes

Regulatory Modelling

• Build and maintain credit models
• Analyse potential future credit losses
• Support capital management
• Contribute to regulatory modelling

Credit Risk Assurance

• Review lending strategies and models
• Provide independent challenge
• Support robust risk governance
• Help maintain customer-focused credit decisions

Who Can Apply?

• Have graduated in 2026 or be graduating in 2027
• Have achieved or expect to achieve at least a 2:1
• Hold a STEM, Economics or other highly analytical degree
• Be interested in solving complex problems using data

Working Arrangement

Location: London

Hybrid requirement: Three days per week in the London office.
