Lifetime Group is hiring a Hospitality Apprenticeship Trainer to coach and support hospitality learners working towards their apprenticeship standards.

The role is remote/home-based with travel, with learners generally supported at their places of work across the UK.

What You’ll Do

You will work with learners in their workplaces, helping them develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to complete their hospitality apprenticeship standards.

Requirements

You should have:

• NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality
• Extensive relevant vocational experience in areas such as food and beverage, food production, reception, housekeeping, beverage service or team leadership
• Ability to work in high-demand environments and meet targets and deadlines
• Strong communication and self-motivation skills
• Ability to work autonomously

Desirable Experience

The employer would also welcome:

• Level 3 teaching qualification
• NVQ Level 3 in Professional Cookery or Hospitality Supervision
• BTEC Level 3 Hospitality Management
• Experience working in a work-based learning or education environment
