Liverpool City Council is recruiting an M365 Digital Adoption Professional to join its Technology and Customer Services area and support the adoption and effective use of Microsoft 365 services across the council.
The role sits within the Strategy and Design Team and will involve supporting colleagues and service areas to make better use of Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and Power Platform.

About the Role
The successful candidate will help colleagues understand how Microsoft 365 can support their work, improve ways of working and contribute to better services for residents and council staff.
You will support both business-as-usual activities and approved digital transformation initiatives, helping to improve engagement and adoption of Microsoft 365 services across Liverpool City Council.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and evaluate Microsoft 365 adoption activities.
- Help colleagues use Microsoft 365 tools confidently and effectively.
- Create clear guidance, learning materials and communications for new and existing services.
- Promote good practice around collaboration, information management, accessibility, security and governance.
- Work with service areas to identify adoption challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Gather feedback and help improve how Microsoft 365 is used across the council.
- Collaborate with ICT colleagues, project teams, communications colleagues, service areas and M365 Champions.
- Continue developing knowledge of Microsoft 365, digital adoption, change management and user support.
