The successful candidate will help ensure that HR projects progress effectively and that senior leaders receive the information and support they need.
Key Responsibilities
The main duties will include:
- Supporting HR projects, transformation programmes and important business initiatives.
- Coordinating HR leadership meetings, recording actions and monitoring progress.
- Preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership and Board-level discussions.
- Managing HR communications, including town halls and company-wide initiatives.
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance and other business functions.
- Taking ownership of delegated projects and ensuring agreed actions are completed.
- Representing the CHRO when appropriate and helping maintain progress across the HR function.

Experience working for a high-growth or international organisation would be an advantage. Exposure to recognised organisations and an understanding of effective HR practices are also desirable.
Experience of an HR graduate programme covering different areas of HR may be beneficial, but the advert does not make this essential.

The salary is £65,000 to £75,000 per year, pro rata, depending on the agreed arrangement.
The initial contract is for 12 months. However, the recruiter is also willing to consider candidates seeking a permanent position.
