Stage 1: Online Application

Stage 3: Interview
Candidates who meet the required standard may be invited to a live interview through Microsoft Teams.
The interview will include five questions and assess the following Civil Service behaviours:

- Communicating and Influencing.
- Making Effective Decisions.
Two additional strength-based questions will assess candidates’ immediate responses. Behaviour questions will be provided five days before the interview, but strength-based questions will not be shared in advance.
