About the Role
Diligent is hiring a Product Manager to lead its Ethics & Compliance platform, including whistleblowing and case management solutions. You’ll work with engineering teams in London and Bengaluru to deliver AI-powered features that help global organizations improve governance, ethics, and compliance.
This maternity cover contract offers a realistic opportunity for extension or a permanent position based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for the Vault/Speak Up whistleblowing platform.
- Collaborate with engineers to define, prioritize, and deliver new features.
- Balance business priorities, technical feasibility, and customer needs.
- Work closely with Product Marketing, Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams.
- Develop AI-powered compliance and investigation workflows.
- Support knowledge transfer from the outgoing Product Manager.
- Ensure integration with other Ethics & Compliance products.
Essential Requirements
- 3–5 years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience managing products from discovery to delivery.
- Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and software integrations.
- Good knowledge of AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
- Legal technology or Ethics & Compliance software experience.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude, v0, or similar.
- Knowledge of whistleblowing or case management platforms.
- Experience working with distributed engineering teams.
