About the Role

CourseCareers is hiring an AI Scriptwriter to create high-quality, engaging educational video scripts for YouTube. This role requires leveraging AI tools to produce 100 scripts per month, optimized for retention and performance under YouTube’s algorithm.

Key Responsibilities

• Write 5 completed scripts per day (100 monthly) using AI for research, writing, and automation.
• Ensure scripts meet CourseCareers’ quality standards and maximize audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the team to develop impactful, educational YouTube content.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise using AI for research, automation, and writing.
• Strong background in scriptwriting or long-form content (YouTube scripts preferred).
• Native-level English fluency.
• High productivity and consistency — capable of delivering 5 scripts per day.
• Deep understanding of YouTube’s algorithm and retention techniques.

Salary Package

Base Salary: $40,000 per year.
