Job Description:


Join 24H Virtual Receptionist and support our growing company as a Virtual Receptionist! You’ll handle inbound calls, provide excellent customer service, and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Input summary notes for each call
  • Attend to inbound calls and make outbound calls when requested
  • Clearly communicate and build rapport with diverse audiences via phone and email
  • Efficiently answer inquiries, transfer calls, screen calls, qualify leads, take messages, schedule appointments, and process orders
  • Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
  • Represent 24H Virtual Receptionist and its clients professionally

Requirements:

  • Outstanding customer service skills and ability to build rapport with callers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proper English grammar and spelling
  • Call handling experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick learner and highly reliable
  • Mandatory high-speed internet connection, noise-canceling headset, second screen, and laptop with compatible operating system (no Chromebooks)
  • Proficient in basic PC skills and positive attitude
