 Overview

The HR Systems Analyst plays a key role in combining data, systems, and people strategy. You will help leaders make better decisions by providing clear insights into workforce trends, performance, and planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide insights on workforce trends, talent gaps, and employee engagement
  • Build easy-to-use dashboards and HR reporting systems
  • Improve and manage HR systems, especially Workday
  • Ensure proper data governance, privacy, and ethical data use
  • Support organisational change with data-driven analysis

Requirements

  • Experience with HR systems (Workday is a strong advantage)
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Ability to turn complex data into simple insights
  • Experience working in multi-location organisations
  • Good knowledge of data governance and reporting

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Workday HCM, Prism Analytics, or Adaptive Planning
  • Experience with Workday implementation or optimisation
  • Skills in Tableau or Power BI
  • Ability to create clear and engaging dashboards
