Overview
The HR Systems Analyst plays a key role in combining data, systems, and people strategy. You will help leaders make better decisions by providing clear insights into workforce trends, performance, and planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide insights on workforce trends, talent gaps, and employee engagement
- Build easy-to-use dashboards and HR reporting systems
- Improve and manage HR systems, especially Workday
- Ensure proper data governance, privacy, and ethical data use
- Support organisational change with data-driven analysis
Requirements
- Experience with HR systems (Workday is a strong advantage)
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Ability to turn complex data into simple insights
- Experience working in multi-location organisations
- Good knowledge of data governance and reporting
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Workday HCM, Prism Analytics, or Adaptive Planning
- Experience with Workday implementation or optimisation
- Skills in Tableau or Power BI
- Ability to create clear and engaging dashboards
