About the Role
Cambridge University Press & Assessment is hiring an Experience Designer to help shape innovative learning and assessment experiences for global users.
You’ll work with cross-functional teams to design user-focused digital products and services while supporting the growth of English learning and assessment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead experience and service design projects from concept to implementation
- Conduct UX research and apply insights to improve products
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Promote human-centred design principles
- Support the development of collaborative design practices
- Present ideas and solutions clearly to different audiences
Requirements
Candidates should have experience with:
- UX and service design for digital products
- Managing complex design projects
- Stakeholder communication and collaboration
- Working in Agile/Scrum environments
- User research and experience strategy
Preferred Qualifications
- UX certifications or formal training
- Experience with multicultural or distributed teams
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects
