About the Role

Cambridge University Press & Assessment is hiring an Experience Designer to help shape innovative learning and assessment experiences for global users.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to design user-focused digital products and services while supporting the growth of English learning and assessment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead experience and service design projects from concept to implementation
• Conduct UX research and apply insights to improve products
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Promote human-centred design principles
• Support the development of collaborative design practices
• Present ideas and solutions clearly to different audiences

Requirements

Candidates should have experience with:

• UX and service design for digital products
• Managing complex design projects
• Stakeholder communication and collaboration
• Working in Agile/Scrum environments
• User research and experience strategy

Preferred Qualifications

• UX certifications or formal training
• Experience with multicultural or distributed teams
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects
