About the Role
McCarthy Stone is recruiting a Care Assistant to join the team at St Rumbolds Court in Brackley, Northamptonshire. This role offers the opportunity to support older adults in a modern retirement community while helping them maintain their independence and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily domestic tasks, including shopping, laundry, light cleaning, and attending appointments.
- Assist with social activities and wellbeing programmes.
- Promote independence, dignity, and community engagement.
- Deliver support in line with individual care plans.
- Work a mixture of early and late shifts, including alternate weekends.

Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a UK health and social care role is preferred.
- Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is desirable but not essential.
- Caring, dependable, and passionate about supporting older adults.
- Must live within commuting distance of Brackley.
