Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate, person-centred nursing care.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate residents’ care needs.
- Support residents and families with important healthcare decisions.

Essential Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Current NMC Registered Nurse PIN.
- At least 12 months post-qualification experience (PQE) in Health or Social Care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical judgement and decision-making abilities.
- Passion for delivering person-centred care.
- Commitment to safeguarding and professional standards.
- Full right to work in the UK.
