Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, compassionate, person-centred nursing care.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate residents’ care needs.
  • Support residents and families with important healthcare decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Mentor colleagues and supervise nursing students where appropriate.

Essential Requirements

Applicants must have:

  • Current NMC Registered Nurse PIN.
  • At least 12 months post-qualification experience (PQE) in Health or Social Care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong clinical judgement and decision-making abilities.
  • Passion for delivering person-centred care.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and professional standards.
  • Full right to work in the UK.
