Indus Motors Ltd is looking for a reliable and skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer support, assist clients with enquiries, and provide tailored solutions while developing strong communication and analytical skills in a professional environment.

Responsibilities:

– Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
– Utilise Salesforce CRM to manage accounts, record interactions, and track service requests
– Provide accurate information on products/services and ensure personalised customer assistance
– Analyse customer data to identify trends and suggest service improvements
– Assist with transaction processing including payments and account updates
– Collaborate with sales and technical support teams to resolve complex issues
– Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up for feedback/satisfaction

Requirements:

– Proven experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
– Previous experience in financial services or related sectors is advantageous
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and drive insights
– Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
– Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
– Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
