About the Role

As a Care Home Support Worker, you will become part of a compassionate care team dedicated to supporting residents with dignity, respect, and kindness.

Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality personal care, encouraging independence, supporting residents with their daily routines, and ensuring they enjoy a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

Working closely with Nurses and Senior Support Workers, you’ll contribute to maintaining the excellent standards of care that Kingsley Healthcare is known for.

Main Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care and emotional support
  • Promoting residents’ dignity and independence
  • Assisting with daily living activities
  • Supporting mobility where required
  • Helping residents participate in social activities
  • Monitoring residents’ wellbeing
  • Reporting concerns to senior staff
  • Maintaining accurate care records
  • Working effectively as part of the care team
  • Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
