About the Role

As a Microsoft 365 Adoption Officer, you will play a key role in helping employees maximise the value of Microsoft 365 technologies across the department. You will design and deliver training programmes, create user guidance, facilitate workshops, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Working closely with the Digital Tools team, you will help colleagues confidently adopt Microsoft Copilot and other Microsoft 365 applications while identifying opportunities to improve productivity and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver instructor-led Microsoft 365 training sessions.
  • Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and bite-sized learning sessions.
  • Develop role-based training programmes and adoption campaigns.
  • Produce high-quality guidance documents and learning materials.
  • Support users adopting new digital tools and ways of working.
  • Gather feedback to improve learning resources and adoption activities.
  • Translate new Microsoft 365 features into practical workplace guidance.
  • Promote secure and effective use of Microsoft 365 technologies.

Essential Requirements

Applicants should have:

  • At least one year of experience delivering technology training or digital adoption programmes.
  • Experience supporting organisational change through technology.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience creating learning resources, guidance documents, or training materials.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
  • A passion for continuous learning and digital innovation.
