About the Role
Clarion Housing Group is recruiting a Property Compliance Systems Officer to join its team.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity focused on maintaining accurate and reliable property compliance data across a range of property assets.
The successful candidate will play an important role in monitoring compliance and ensuring that servicing, testing, maintenance and assessment activities meet relevant regulatory and organisational requirements.
The role offers hybrid working, with base locations across England and flexible working arrangements available.
Key Responsibilities
As a Property Compliance Systems Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate data across a range of property assets
- Managing compliance information for passenger lifts
- Maintaining data relating to playgrounds
- Supporting accurate records for fire safety systems
- Managing information relating to fixed wiring
- Maintaining gas and water compliance data
- Monitoring servicing, testing, maintenance and assessment activities
- Ensuring assets are aligned with the correct compliance regimes
- Carrying out regular data reconciliations across multiple systems
- Identifying and resolving data quality issues
- Investigating discrepancies between systems and records
- Taking ownership of data corrections and fixes
- Keeping compliance records accurate and up to date
- Analysing data to identify trends and potential improvement opportunities
- Making recommendations to improve compliance processes and data quality
- Supporting continuous improvement across property compliance systems
Working Pattern
The position is based around a hybrid working arrangement.
Candidates will have a designated office base and are currently expected to work from the office at least one day per week.
The employer notes that this requirement may change in the future.
Flexible working arrangements are available, with 36 hours per week as the standard working week.
Occasional travel may also be required to the designated office base and other Clarion offices when necessary.
