Wiltshire Council is recruiting a Support Worker to join the Bradbury Manor Short Breaks service in Devizes, Wiltshire.

Bradbury Manor provides short breaks away from the family home, supporting customers to participate in meaningful activities while developing and maintaining their independence.
As a Support Worker, you will work with customers, families and both paid and unpaid carers to provide person-centred support. The service aims to ensure customers are listened to, treated with dignity and supported in ways that help them maximise their independence.

Key Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, your duties will include supporting customers within the Bradbury Manor Short Breaks service and helping them make the most of their time at the service.
