About the Role

Buzz Bingo is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner & Customer Assistant to help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment at its Fishponds Club in Bristol.

You will provide an efficient cleaning service throughout the club, ensuring that all areas meet the company’s cleanliness standards and provide customers with a pleasant gaming environment.

Applicants must be available to work between 8 am and 3 pm, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out daily cleaning duties as directed by club management.
• Clean all areas of the club, including the foyer, reception, book sales area, gaming machines area, bar, main hall, toilets and Bingo Garden.
• Follow COSHH regulations when handling and using cleaning chemicals.
• Operate manual and electric cleaning equipment responsibly and in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Help create a safe gambling environment for customers and colleagues across the company’s online, in-club and live channels.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Previous experience in routine cleaning work.
• Good knowledge of cleaning materials.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• The ability and willingness to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
• Good teamwork skills and a willingness to support colleagues.
• The ability to work within the required hours, including weekends.
