As a Status Review Unit Caseworker, you will investigate complex cases, assess evidence and make robust, legally sound decisions. You will contribute to the Home Office’s work to protect the UK’s borders, reduce illegal immigration and uphold the integrity of immigration and citizenship systems.
Full training and support will be provided to help you develop specialist casework and investigative skills.
Key Responsibilities

- Meet productivity and quality targets while maintaining high standards of decision-making.
- Apply relevant legislation, policies and guidance relating to deprivation, revocation, cancellation and curtailment of status.
- Conduct intelligence-led investigations and investigative interviews where appropriate.

- Participate in case reviews, quality assurance activities and team meetings.
- Share knowledge, identify best practices and suggest operational improvements.
