Job Description:

Meal by Design is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Virtual Assistant to support their growing company. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing virtual administrative functions, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring smooth daily operations across different platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Manage various virtual administrative functions
• Provide exceptional customer support
• Ensure smooth daily operations across different platforms
• Create and manage webpages on WordPress
• Add and edit photos and images online
• Create landing pages with opt-in fields and pop-up dominations
• Apply brand guidelines and formatting copy
• Manage email marketing campaigns using ConvertKit
• Track and analyze website analytics using Google Analytics

Requirements:

• WordPress expertise
• Experience with email marketing and customer service
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), Dropbox, and Airtable
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Prior experience as a personal assistant is advantageous
