Job Description:

Join our pack at Embrace Pet Insurance as a Customer Care Representative! You’ll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to pet parents, answering questions, and helping with policy changes and claims. We’re all about making a difference in the lives of pets and their humans.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to 70-90 phone calls per day, delivering top-notch customer service
• Answer customer emails promptly and professionally
• Assist with policy procedures, adjustments, and claims
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a supportive work environment
• Handle challenging situations with empathy and resilience

Requirements:

• Strong mental and emotional resilience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service experience, preferably in a call center
• Basic technical proficiency and comfort with multiple software

Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 11:30am-8:00pm EST
• Saturday: 10:00am-2:00pm EST
• Training: 6 weeks, schedule to be confirmed
