Overview
Atarus, a well-funded and fast-growing AI startup, is hiring a Full-Stack Product Engineer to help build next-generation operational software in a legacy industry undergoing rapid automation.
This is a high-impact opportunity to work closely with founders, own product features end-to-end, and contribute to a company with strong product-market fit and rapid growth.
Responsibilities
- Own product features from idea to production
- Build modern front-end applications using TypeScript and Next.js
- Develop backend services and APIs with Node.js
- Create AI-driven features such as:
- Document processing workflows
- Email automation systems
- Communication and voice pipelines
- Internal operational tools
- Collaborate with operations and commercial teams
- Ship products quickly in an iterative environment
- Help define engineering standards and culture
Requirements
- 2–7 years of full-stack engineering experience
- Strong front-end expertise (TypeScript / Next.js)
- Backend experience with Node.js
- Experience delivering features end-to-end
- Product-focused mindset with attention to user needs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to Have
- Startup or top-tier tech company experience
- Exposure to AI or automation products
- Familiarity with GCP, PostgreSQL, Terraform
- Background in fintech, insurtech, or workflow-heavy systems
