About the Role
As a Care Assistant – Nights, you’ll provide high-quality personal care and support to residents while maintaining their dignity, independence, and wellbeing. Working closely with colleagues, you’ll help ensure continuity of care throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and hygiene support to residents.
- Promote residents’ independence, dignity, and respect.
- Monitor residents for clinical concerns including:
- Weight loss
- Pressure sores
- Falls risks
- Signs of infection
- Report concerns promptly to senior staff.
- Communicate effectively with residents, relatives, and colleagues.
- Follow safe working practices and care procedures.
- Support residents with compassion throughout the night shift.
