Business Analyst – Remote Job Overview
NFP People is recruiting a Business Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for a leading UK charity supporting stroke survivors and their families.
This fully remote opportunity is ideal for an experienced Business Analyst who will help develop and enhance the organisation’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, improve business processes, and deliver CRM enhancements that improve customer services and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders across the organisation.
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
- Support the development and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Work closely with Digital, Technology & Data Services teams.
- Ensure CRM solutions align with organisational objectives.
- Champion continuous improvement and best practices.
- Improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
- Deliver solutions that provide long-term organisational value.
Essential Requirements
- Experience working as a Business Analyst.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Excellent organisational skills.
