This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Microsoft Power Platform professionals to build AI-powered business solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, and Azure technologies.

About the Role

MHCLG is looking for a technically skilled engineer to design, develop, and maintain AI-powered automation solutions using Microsoft’s latest technologies.

You’ll work within the Digital Tools team to create intelligent business agents, automate workflows, integrate enterprise systems, and improve digital services across the department.

This role is ideal for professionals passionate about Artificial Intelligence, automation, Microsoft 365, and enterprise application development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Build automation solutions with Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Integrate Microsoft 365 with enterprise applications and APIs.
  • Develop secure and scalable automation solutions.
  • Improve existing AI agents and workflows.
  • Support proof-of-concept projects and production deployments.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.

Selection Process

Stage 1 – CV Sift

Applicants will answer a technical question describing a Microsoft Copilot Studio solution they have built.

Stage 2 – Interview

Assessment areas include:

Candidates invited to interview will also deliver a 10-minute presentation.

Interviews are expected to be conducted remotely via video call.
