About the Role

CX Insurance Services (CXIS) is hiring a P&C Insurance Customer Support Specialist to provide customer support for Commercial Lines Workers’ Compensation insurance policyholders. This is a permanent work-from-home opportunity for experienced insurance professionals.

The role focuses on assisting customers with policy-related questions through inbound calls. It is not a sales position, but applicants must hold an active Insurance Producer License.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls regarding Workers’ Compensation insurance policies.
• Answer policy-related questions and resolve customer concerns.
• Act as a liaison between policyholders and internal departments, including underwriting and accounting.
• Deliver professional and accurate customer service.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction while working remotely.

Requirements

• Active Insurance Producer License (Required)
