About the Role
CX Insurance Services (CXIS) is hiring a P&C Insurance Customer Support Specialist to provide customer support for Commercial Lines Workers’ Compensation insurance policyholders. This is a permanent work-from-home opportunity for experienced insurance professionals.
The role focuses on assisting customers with policy-related questions through inbound calls. It is not a sales position, but applicants must hold an active Insurance Producer License.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls regarding Workers’ Compensation insurance policies.
- Answer policy-related questions and resolve customer concerns.
- Act as a liaison between policyholders and internal departments, including underwriting and accounting.
- Deliver professional and accurate customer service.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction while working remotely.
