Role of the Job
Engage CISOs and technology leaders, generate new opportunities, and fuel pipeline growth in the cybersecurity and ransomware protection space.

Responsibilities
- Prospect and drive outbound pipeline via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events
- Discover client needs and align Halcyon’s value
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing on campaigns
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records and pipeline hygiene
- Stay current on ransomware trends and competitor activity
Requirements
- 1+ year sales or business development (cybersecurity/SaaS preferred)
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Resilient with persistence and growth mindset
- Experience with Salesforce and sales tools
- Passion for cybersecurity and long-term sales career
