About the Role

Chesterfield Borough Council is seeking two dedicated Housing Officer (Enforcement) professionals to deliver high-quality housing management services.

The successful candidates will investigate antisocial behaviour complaints, manage tenancy enforcement cases, support tenants in meeting their tenancy obligations, and work closely with statutory agencies and voluntary organisations to improve local communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate antisocial behaviour (ASB) complaints.
• Manage tenancy enforcement cases.
• Resolve tenancy-related disputes.
• Deliver high-quality housing management services.
• Support tenants to comply with tenancy agreements.
• Work with housing teams and external partner agencies.
• Liaise with statutory and voluntary organisations.
• Promote safe and sustainable neighbourhoods.
• Maintain accurate case records.
• Apply housing legislation and council policies appropriately.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate should have:

• Experience in tenancy management.
• Experience dealing with antisocial behaviour cases.
