About the Role

FH Cann & Associates is hiring Part-Time Contact Center Representatives to support a statewide customer service program. This fully remote position is ideal for candidates with customer service or call center experience who enjoy helping customers, resolving billing inquiries, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Assist customers with online account setup and access.
• Process payments and arrange payment plans.
• Resolve billing disputes and review invoices.
• Maintain accurate customer records using Microsoft Office tools.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and reconcile accounts.
• Protect confidential customer information.
• Follow company policies and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience.
• Minimum 1 year of customer support experience.
• Strong typing and data entry skills.
• Experience handling billing inquiries and customer accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and web browsers.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is an advantage.
• Utility customer service experience is preferred.

Work From Home Requirements

• Reliable hardwired internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps upload/download.
• Quiet, private workspace free from distractions.
• Ability to comply with the company’s telecommuting policy.

Security Requirements

Successful applicants may be required to complete federal and/or state background screening.

Training

• Paid training provided.
• Training starts September 8.
• Full-time attendance is required during the approximately 7-week training period.
